Barb Ling here. It's a warm and sunny day here in NJ... the kind of day I'd celebrate by jogging my beloved 2.4 mile circle walk. Since I can't do that anymore, hopefully the gym will call soon!

Content is then chosen and packaged from Instamate and sent through the chrome extension into the android network (android/IOS is what Instagram is run on) Instagram Directly and then unpackaged, just as if it was done so through choosing an image from your phone, opening instagram and pasting.
