It's Sunday evenin' and I am sooo zonked
(all together now, Jeepers Barb, how zonked

HB2 didn't like her decision, so erupted in
a weeee bit of DramaKing mode ("weeee"
meaning "Godzilla heartburn size).
Situation was resolved (I gave him the consequences
of doing everyone's chores for the evening; he
internalized it and tackled it with good spirits)
but yep....so draining.

And the Warrior Event! Brad Spencer's
talk, Don Wilson's talk, etc., - my gosh,
the goodness shared was inspiring!
I sure have lots of things to consider

far; really fun time indeed. I managed to
get myself to the hotel gym as well (twice!)

It's Saturday morning here in NC and I just
finished exercising in the gym. Oh, I've missed
watching infomercials - have you seen the
latest of them? Instead of P90x, there's now
'TapOut' - Lose weight like mixed martial artists!

I've definitely internalized that I need to keep
my physical activity up, even if my ankle laughs
hysterically at the mere mention of running. So
I'm doing what I can; not only do I want to zero in
and get comfortable on my branding decision, but
I also want to get comfortable in my own body
as well. And the inch or so of extra padding that's
covering my midsection.....begone!
'sides that, today I'm meeting with all of my coaches,
4 on 1 (1 being 'lil ole me) and yep....that will be
character-building to the max (as I always ask
to be ripped apart so I can grow better). Fun
times in store, wheeeee!
