Good morning!

It's Wednesday morning and half the workweek
is completed!  Plus - I'm happy to announce that yesterday....

I hit the gym *again*.  Woohoo!  True, I'll never
truly heal and return to what I used to be...but
you know something?

That's life.  I might want the gym to be as 
delightful and tasty as freshly ripe peaches
