Good morning!
It's Monday morning and yesterday was day (count it!)
2 of my aquajogging. Are you familiar with that?

Gives you some idea about it. Basically, it removes all
the weight-bearing on your body as you 'jog' in the pool.
Part of me really rebels at NOT being able to jog like
I normally used to do (fused ankles make that now
impossible) but hey. It was a great start. I also was
able to use the weight lifting goodies too!
It really highlighted yet again to me the need
for taking care of yourself proactively. Because if
you choose to degrade, nature doesn't give a damn
and simply watches you die. I'm not accepting that.
