Good morning!

It's Saturday morning and yesterday
was soooo nonoptimal.... I didnt
even get out my Friday night email!

See, after the fun stuff on Thursday....
yesterday my ankle/leg just totally
rebelled and I put myself on
bedrest the entire day.  It was
worth it, mind you - got a lot 
of goodness done, mind you....
but yep.

It really did a number on me!
So I asked the husband my kids
to forbid me to go into Barnes and
Noble to work (it's a game we play -
I never take care of myself for
the most part, so rely on them to
force me to do so).  Husband got
me wonton soup and I was literally
in bed with my ankle raised all 
day yesterday.

Today however, I'm feeling
much more alive.  Yay!

Our connectivity at home has
been reduced to approximately
5 letters per every 39 minutes.
In other words, I cannot work
online at home, so I spent
the entire day yesterday at
Starbucks!

Thing is - because its approximately
83985 degrees below zero, every
time the store door opened, I,
well, froze.  Not fun!  Honorable Husband
did come by later with his big heavy
megaCoat which I used as a blanket
and *that* was most cool indeed.
Literally.  :)

So!  This morning.  Yep. 

I spent yesterday creating:

Couple of things you should
know.  

One, bring blankets if its
subfreezing weather outside.
You will be grateful for them.

Two, buy several cups of
coffee and your breakfast/lunch
there.  They're letting you use
their free wifi/etc. - don't take
advantage of that.

Spend your money there and
support where you are working.
I ended up buying 1 cup of
coffee and then buying 3
refills, plus their turkey pesto
panini.   Not the healthiest
brekkie but you know something...

Whatever powers you thru!

Next, be a Good Customer.
If you're sitting at one of thehir
larger tables, let others site down
too.  Don't hog your space.

Did I mention bring in blankets?
Heavy coats work well too in
a pinch!

While I was at Starbucks, I
