mirror.
The mirror, for the most part, doesn't lie. Rather pleased I am, mind you, with my weight loss progress, but yep - seeing something like that really drives home what you're *really* like (if you look
honestly).
The same thing goes if you're TOO thin, mind you. The mind is a very powerful thingee.... and don't let your own fears stop you from achieving your own goals. You CAN succeed with what you
desire...
But there's truly no shortcuts available. Be good to yourself... you deserve it.
In other Lingland news, my youngest's play is tonight (which means I will have to stay awake past 7pm!). His school is putting on a Dickens show... should be fun.
