Where was I? Ah yes, Saturday.
Yesterday a cowardly terrorist attack left over 150 people dead in Paris, France. Its something so difficult to wrap your mind around.... yesterday, 150+ people never realized they would not have a tomorrow.
It brings home the point that life is really random. In today's day and age.... you never know when either an extremist will target the area you're at.... or if you'll encounter a drunk driver on the highway... or if a school is shot up.... or even if a tree branch falls on you during an early evening
walk.
Your time on this planet is finite.
And you never know if you'll be ripped from your family at any time.
PLEASE.... make certain you have prepared for your spouse/kids' future BEFORE you pass from this
world.

mine will be taking the driving test, woohoo! Made sure to take kid driving yesterday and methinks all should go fine.
Elsewhere in LingLand, got to the doctor, and got to the gym, and you know something? No matter what I do.... I just will not get better walking-wise. However, if I do *nothing*.... chances are, I'll degrade even
further.
