Where was I? Ah yes, Friday! Today is Friday (it's Friday all day!) and things are clipping along at a very nice rate. Regained my energy from yesterday, hit the gym twice, made Mama Bear Pasta for the family and all in all...
Things are going well.
Writing more in my weight loss site too.... adding the concept of Body Positive instead of, Jeepers, I'm an overweight muffin and there's no hope for me. Note to self - that would be a great blog post topic! :)
Today the kids have a half day, and I'll be visiting a high school friend for lunch (yay!). Definitely looking forward to the
