Good morning! It's today but first!
Where was I? Ah yes, Wednesday!
Today is better. That is something to be grateful for.
Yesterday, yep..... I realized that
no matter what I might do, physically wise.... chances are, it's kinda sorta a lost cause due to genetics and other thingees.
These things happen. I couldn't brush it off with a "so what?" like I normally do.... it was a real emotional
issue. Logic didn't apply at that moment.
So instead, I gave myself permission to self-pity for about 10 minutes or so... and then distract myself by researching topics for my baby boomer fitness site.
In other words, I channeled my blahness AFTER first acknowledging it and processing it. After that, drove to the gym, was as active as a sleeping amoeba, but *I did it*.
Sometimes you just need time to rebound.
And handbells! My youngest was in a handbells concert and it was grand. I stayed up past midnight! (okay 8:45pm). :)
