Yesterday was a total wash. :( Zero energy at the gym, ditched swimming all together... just basically holed up at home and hid. :( Was so nonoptimal I had my daughter pick up my son from theater.... just lacked the energy to do anything.
It happens. Feeling more alive today and yesterday's pains are gone.... so
we'll see the day progresses!!

aquajogging.... body simply didn't want to move that much. So instead, I modified what I did (didn't give up!) and felt pretty good about it but still....

Elsewhere in Lingland, things are status quo and quiet. Yay for that! :) Working on my weight loss site too and I've also
realized....
It's not just weight loss. Because honestly, EVERYONE and their coffeecup knows that carrying around excess weight on your frame is not smart.
